Tour · Six stops

From an empty space to a working card.

Every order travels the same path. Nothing that should be decided by a person happens on its own, and nothing is hidden behind a later screen.

  1. Stop 01

    Open your space

Sign up using your name, email address and a password. A link confirms the email address, and then the account asks you to pair an authenticator app by scanning the QR code. You keep eight recovery codes for the day the phone is not at hand.

  2. Stop 02

    Ask the card assistant

The assistant lives in the dock of your space. It asks how much the card should hold (a quick amount or your own, between $10.00 and $5,000.00), then shows the funding fee, the setup fee and the total as one message. Any earlier answer can be changed. A plain single-page form does the same job for anyone who prefers it.

  3. Stop 03

    Choose how to pay

With a manual transfer you see our receiving address, its QR code, the network it accepts and the exact total. After sending, you paste the transaction ID, and a screenshot if you like. With a hosted checkout you continue to the provider's page and choose the coin there; the provider tells us the result in a signed message.

  4. Stop 04

    A person reviews the order

Someone on our team checks that the payment arrived in full, on the right network, for this order. Anything that does not match comes back to you with a note instead of a card. Most cards are ready within a few hours after the payment is confirmed.

  5. Stop 05

    Use the card

The card appears in the Cards app with its number masked. To see the full details you enter a fresh authenticator code; they stay visible for sixty seconds and then hide again. The card shows its balance and status: active, frozen or closed.

    When plans change

An untouched card can be refunded in full. A card that has paid for something can be refunded when at least $500.00 remains on it, minus a 10% commission, and is then closed. The setup and funding fees are never part of a refund. Questions go through the Support app, where every conversation stays attached to your account.

Promises kept by leaving things out

What we will never do.

  • Request your password, your authenticator code or a full card number by email or chat.
  • Issue a card before a person has checked the payment.
  • Charge a monthly fee, or take anything later from a card balance.
  • Switch the authenticator off for you; it belongs to every account.
