    Open a space

    Sign up, confirm your email and pair an authenticator app. Pairing is part of every account; it cannot be skipped.

  2. Step 2

    Talk to the assistant

    A scripted assistant asks one thing at a time: the amount first, then how you want to pay. You see the price before you commit.

  3. Step 3

    Send the payment

    Transfer crypto to the address shown and paste the transaction ID, or finish on the provider's hosted payment page.

  4. Step 4

    A person checks

    Someone on our team matches the payment to the order and then issues the card into your space. Most cards are ready within a few hours after the payment is confirmed.
